Proven pain relief

Proven to reduce foot and heel pain for over 91% of people

WHAT IS IT? Shin splints are usually caused by the overuse and straining of your muscles where they attach to the Tibia (shin bone). If you have shin splints you will often experience sharp pains at the front of the lower part of your leg.

WHAT CAUSES SHIN SPLINTS? Any activity that creates an impact on the legs and feet will put strain on the lower leg muscles. A number of factors can make you more vulnerable to shin splints, such as not stretching or warming up properly, running on an incline or decline, you may have high arches or pronated feet or your trainers may not be providing the proper support. If you’re a “toe runner” you could be more likely to experience shin splints as the forefoot contact puts added stress on your lower leg muscles.

HOW CAN ENERTOR INSOLES HELP?

  1. 44% shock absorption – all Enertor insoles offer more shock absorption than any other insole, absorbing heel strike shock.
  2. Improved lower limb alignment – Enertor Performance insole’s contoured cushioning and control chassis help to reduce forefoot contact and muscular activity in the lower leg that creates shin splints.

What people are saying about Enertor insoles?

    Good support
What I like about these is that they are less bulky than typical insoles. They don’t add much weight or require a ton of adjustment. I have been moving these around from shoe to shoe depending on the activity. They don’t work with my soccer cleats which is a bummer but I have run, cycled, and walked in these and they have been helping with foot fatigue. No change in the heel pain I have had for the last year but I have only used them for a few weeks so I am hopeful for the future.

Very impressive – high quality and clever design
Was really impressed with the quality of these insoles. They feel very robust and the material used involves some clever technology. Have gone for a couple of road runs with the Enertor insoles now, and they certainly make running on concrete less of a chore.

I have used them for badminton and feel less pressure on the knees. Only problem they are a bit thick for some shoes. Great in walking boots where insoles are removable. My husband also has a pair and finds them comfortable but not experiencing any difference in performance.

    First timer
Received my first pair of enertor. Very comfortable and took a load of pressure of my lower back.

    Potential
The insoles themselves are designed well with functioning technology that can have real performance benefits. However, I found the insoles slightly too thick (football boots) which gave a feeling of vulnerability towards twisting or rolling my ankle. With slight modification to the depth of the product I think this could be potentially be a good, beneficial insole.

After having some injury scares early season I felt that my insoles gave me the extra support that helped prevent injury so when the time came I was ready as ever. Now that I have won English schools and going to compete for England next week I can genuinely say the insole support I got was so helpful in training, and in races.

Good support. No jarring. Fresher feet the morning after.
Tried my new Enertor Performance Insoles over the last week. Impressed with the way it holds my foot in place. Feels well supported. No jarring on footstrike. Feet feeling better the next morning too. Using them inside my La Sportiva Helios trail shoes. Recommended.

wont fit in spikes, but great for training shoes
These are too thick to fit in track spikes, but they feel great in my training flats and regular running shoes. They even brought back to life, some shoes that I thought were worn out.

    Excellent insoles
Really comfy and provide excellent support and cushioning. I’ve used on two runs so far and feet have felt less tired afterwards.

    Total Knee Replacement.
Had a replacement knee July 15 and have started to get back into sporting action, playing Badminton and touch rugby. These insoles most definitely eased the pressure on both knees cushioning the impact to the point of being very comfortable. Great absorption qualities for an old sportsman like me.
