Proven pain relief

Proven to reduce foot and heel pain for over 91% of people

WHAT IS IT? A stress fracture occurs when a bone breaks but not all the way through. It will feel like a deep throbbing pain and you may notice some swelling and more pain when load bearing.  Most common stress fractures occur at the Tibia – one of two bones that make up the calf. The Tibia is the larger bone at the front of the leg. As it is weight bearing it takes the most pressure from activities such as running.

WHAT CAUSES A STRESS FRACTURE? These hairline cracks in the bone are not gained in the same way other types of breaks are. Where typical bone breaks are the result of a traumatic impact, hairline or stress fractures are the result of repeated application of force on the bone over time.

HOW CAN ENERTOR INSOLES HELP?

  1. 44% shock absorption – all Enertor insoles offer more shock absorption than any other insole reducing the force on the lower limbs.
  2. Improved mid-foot control – Enertor Performance insole’s met dome and control chassis encourage improved foot function that naturally lowers high force movements.

Fantastic insole – helping me in my marathon training
Have been using Enertor for a couple of weeks now and they are incredible, very comfortable and I feel like I have a spring in my step. I had a hip injury earlier this year but since using the insoles haven’t even had a twinge in my hip and give them a lot of credit for that. As marathon training can be tough on your body, so nice to know I am protecting it as best I can with these insoles.

    Impressed
I got a pair of ENERTOR inserts to try and am more impressed than expected. I have flat feet and have had issues in the past with inserts being too rigid for my foot. These have been great and have been very supportive. I look forward to finishing this marathon training cycle and see how my legs feel afterwards.

    A very comfortable insole
I have had 2 rounds of golf in the last 7 days, the insoles have been excellent. I normally have sore heels and calves after one round, however using these insoles those pains are not there, even after 2 rounds

    Initial thoughts
I have had the enertor in my shoes for three days of the Christmas season. Lots of hours on my feet but have not texted them in my hiking boots carrying a ~35 lb pack for 4, 6 or more hours. That I will do in the next week or so and provide another review. I have been a Sole user for the past three years and they have served me wonderfully well on many backpacking trips in the Pacific Northwest, The Rockies and trekking in Bhutan (25 days on the Snowman Trek), Tibet (The World’s Highest Trek to Camp lll on Mt. Everest), Bolivia, Pakistan (16 days into K2 base camp) and many more. I chose to try the enertor based reviews, including by Michael Lanza of the Big Outside. Thus far they have been great. Very comfortable and no tired feet after three 8-10 hour days chasing grandchildren and doing festive activities.

    Good support
What I like about these is that they are less bulky than typical insoles. They don’t add much weight or require a ton of adjustment. I have been moving these around from shoe to shoe depending on the activity. They don’t work with my soccer cleats which is a bummer but I have run, cycled, and walked in these and they have been helping with foot fatigue. No change in the heel pain I have had for the last year but I have only used them for a few weeks so I am hopeful for the future.
