Ventilated panels, EnergyKnit™ stabilization areas, ergonomic fit and carefully knitted quality materials all provide superb comfort and performance.

All sizes are Unisex.

Nilit® Innergy yarn converts the naturally occurring thermo energy of the human body into Far Infrared Rays, the effects of which can be increased energy levels, strengthened performance and can help push the body’s anaerobic limit during all sports activities.

EnergyKnit™ provides stabilisation of the fabric in relation to the body during physical activity. It can help prevent potentially unnecessary loss of energy and performance.

Ventilation panels enhance breathability and help transfer moisture away from the body.

What people are saying about Enertor insoles?

    Plantar fasciitis pain
Before trying these insoles I was unable to run more than a mile because of plantar pain. A couple of months later I completed a half marathon. They are also incredibly comfortable. I shall not run without these insoles again.

Insoles put pep in your step.
I have never run with any type of insert in my shoes, but that being said I did feel like these made a difference. The pair of shoes I used them in had quite a few miles on them, but I can safely say that the inserts made the shoes feel springier, peppier, and overall “newer” feeling. They still feel this way after several weeks of use and I’m looking forward to being able to try them out on a timed run. Overall, with my limited experience I would still recommend them to someone who is looking to experiment with adding an insert into their existing running shoes.

    Initial thoughts
I have had the enertor in my shoes for three days of the Christmas season. Lots of hours on my feet but have not texted them in my hiking boots carrying a ~35 lb pack for 4, 6 or more hours. That I will do in the next week or so and provide another review. I have been a Sole user for the past three years and they have served me wonderfully well on many backpacking trips in the Pacific Northwest, The Rockies and trekking in Bhutan (25 days on the Snowman Trek), Tibet (The World’s Highest Trek to Camp lll on Mt. Everest), Bolivia, Pakistan (16 days into K2 base camp) and many more. I chose to try the enertor based reviews, including by Michael Lanza of the Big Outside. Thus far they have been great. Very comfortable and no tired feet after three 8-10 hour days chasing grandchildren and doing festive activities.

    Impressed
I’ve never bought specialist insoles before but have been really impressed with these. Very comfortable to wear and because of the support on the heel and middle of the foot, it pushes me to run on the front of my feet. Consequently my Moov app shows I’m making less ‘impact’ when I run, which can only be good for my knees! Would recommend!

    beneficial to road running
I have really enjoyed my enertor soles! its made road running so much more enjoyable and bearable on my knees! make sure you get the right size and wear them in too as your body will feel weird the first few times to wear them. Brilliant product!

wont fit in spikes, but great for training shoes
These are too thick to fit in track spikes, but they feel great in my training flats and regular running shoes. They even brought back to life, some shoes that I thought were worn out.

    Best I’ve Used
Recently received my Enertor insoles and put them straight to use in my running shoes. Have used many pairs of insoles previously but these are by far the most comfortable. The heel cup holds the foot in position perfectly and the cushioning is superb without compromising on stability. Look forward to many miles in them. Recommended

great for cushioning, but they hurt my feet
I really like the cushioning and bounce of these insoles, however, the way they are contoured, they make my feet sore on the outside of my foot, opposite the arch. The pain goes away after two or three miles so maybe my feet just need some time to adjust to them or maybe I need to try them in some different shoes. I’ve only had them a couple of weeks.

Revitalised some very old road shoes
These insoles were great, they’ve given a whole new lease of life to some very well used trainers that were going in the bin, now, they have helped me avoid spending that money, very comfortable, pretty full in size, so they are fine with normal trainers, but probably won’t work so well with minimalist footwear.
